These terms govern the sale, installation, and servicing of generators, elevators, ATS units, and related equipment supplied by SmartPower Technology Ltd.

Service visits, spare parts, and emergency call-backs are billed according to the quotation or invoice issued for each engagement. Warranties apply only to workmanship and parts supplied by SmartPower unless otherwise stated in writing.
